Yoga

Life is stressful and sometimes we just have to slow things down and bring some focus back to our mind and body.

Inspire Yoga is the perfect balance between exercise and relaxation. Our resident Yoga instructor Sarah Downs, an 889 Yoga graduate, combines Flow and Restorative Yoga techniques to return a sense of calm and control to your mind, body and spirit.

A few of the many benefits of Yoga are:

  • Increased brain function by synching movement with steady, conscious, controlled breathing, helping to release stress and tension to allow for greater mental focus.
  • Increased strength complimented with flexibility.
  • Improved posture and alignment
  • Reduced aches and pains from tight muscles and joints

You don’t need anything to get you started (although most folks like to bring their own mats) and we cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Inspire Yoga maintains small classes (no more than six people) to ensure that you get all the benefits of group yoga without losing that vital hands-on instruction.
